Notification of acceptance will be sent by November 30, 2011.

Guidelines:

• Please be specific in describing what attendees are expected to gain from the session, what format the session will follow (e.g., panel discussion, hands-on workshop, presentation), and the level of expertise needed by participants to benefit from the session.
• Proposals will be rated according to the extent to which they address the program theme/topics and clearly describe the session content, objectives, format, and intended audience.
• Information as it appears in the application as submitted will be used in the conference program. Please adhere to the word count requirements.
• If selected, the presenter agrees to register for the conference using the conference registration form and furnish handouts for session attendees (approximately 35 copies/session).
